Attached to this Circular please note Government Gazette No. 43107 dated 18 March 2020, relating to the Disaster Management Act of 2002 and referencing GG No. 43096 (where the national state of disaster was published).

This document states the Regulations that are issued in regard to the COVID-19 matter. It stipulates, for example, the prevention of gatherings of stated attendance, limitation of sale of alcohol, and the potential penalties that may be imposed for non-compliance.

Pease read the Notice carefully and take appropriate actions. The Order must be seen to have acted responsibly in this testing time.
