The MOTH have a Constitution and Standing Orders that have evolved over the years. These can only be changed by Moth General Head Quarters at a MOTH General Head Quarters meeting with majority vote, These meetings are held twice a year, May and November. November is the AGM of MOTH General Head Quarters.
