CMVO-SA SUPPORT REQUEST TO MILITARY VETERANS WITH MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND CHALLENGES IN PLIGHT FOR REGISTRATION ON DMV DATA BASE AND OR IF ALREADY REGISTERED APPLIED FOR HEALTHCARE SUPPORT AND LATTER NOT YET APPROVED OR UNSUCCESSFUL

The content of the letter is :
- CMVO Council meeting and previous High Court Pretoria application and hearing bear reference.
- CMCO-SA approached the High Court Pretoria 29/30 Sep 25 in an unopposed urgent request to improve DMV administration and service delivery to applicant military veterans. The Judged ruled in terms of court rules the matter not being urgent, the has sympathy with military veterans, he indicated the merits are good and the matter should beprocessed on the normal court role. This matter is now rescheduled for January 2026.
- To augment the current court documentation, CMVO invite bona fide Military Veterans (MVs) in following categories to support and respond:
a. Who has previously applied for DMV MV database registration and not yet received approval and has a medical condition (severe and or urgent) which needs as first priority after database approval – submit application and approval for DMV Health Care and or Counselling support. b. Who has already received DMV database registration confirmation, has applied for DMV Health Care and or Counselling support, has not yet received approval or has received a DMV response being unsuccessful in the application. Complete link: https://forms.gle/FKqVyUhk3XTgYf9q7 and Enclosure 2.
c. Compile an affidavit (see Enclosure 1) with example enclosed supported by medical letter and complete and submit together with Power of Attorney (POA) (see Enclosure 2) and certified copy of ID per email to on or before 23 December 2025.
